- SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- In order for us to ship your order the same day it is placed, all orders must be placed on the National Gift Web site before 12:00 Noon (M.S.T.). Any orders placed after the 12:00 Noon (M.S.T) cutoff time will ship on the next business day. If you need to change any details of your order such as delivery date, address changes, or any other components of your order, you should contact our customer service department before 12 Noon (MST) so we can accommodate the change before the product leaves our warehouse.
- All packages will be shipped from our warehouse in Westminster, CO. If you are using a shopping cart or Web site that can integrate with UPS, you can specify the zip code 80021 as the origination zip code for all shipments. That way, your shipping charges will be as accurate as possible.
- Delivery dates are only guaranteed for overnight shipments in the continental U.S.
- National Gift primarily ships gifts via United Parcel Service (UPS). However, we may choose another shipping carrier such as Federal Express or the United States Postal Service at our discretion. International and Military addresses will ship via the United States Postal Service with certainty. Delivery dates for international and military destinations cannot be guaranteed due to international and domestic governmental regulation.
- Address Corrections
- An address correction Fee of $12.00 will be charged to the payment method on file to offset the costs assessed by shipping carrier(s) for correcting and rerouting a shipment with an incorrect address. An Address Correction Fee is assessed whenever a purchaser enters an incorrect street address for an order where there is a discrepancy from the address of record shown in the US Postal Service records or in the records of the shipping carrier. Address Correction fees are assessed within ten (10) to thirty (30) days after the shipment date when the National Gift is notified of the event by the shipping carrier(s).
- Shipping Estimator
- A shipping time estimator is provided at checkout to indicate the date your product should be delivered. If your product is scheduled to be delivered far enough in advance, our fulfillment department will hold the order and ship the gift according to the designated delivery date specified according to the delivery date indicated in 'Step 4' of the checkout process on the National Gift Web site. Although National Gift may contact you with questions about such discrepancies, It is up to the purchaser of the product to choose the appropriate shipping method to meet the delivery date requested.

- GIFT MESSAGES
- Gifts may include a special message from the sender in Step 4 of the checkout process on the National Gift Web site. You may enter your own gift message or your customer's gift message. A single gift message may be entered for the entire shipment or a gift message may be entered for each item. If any changes need to be made to the gift message, or if you forget to include the gift message with your order, you may still add the message before the gift leaves our warehouse by contacting our customer service department at 1-877-399-0284. Be sure to have your order number ready when you call. You may also send an email to info@NationalGift.com. Please include the order number in the subject line of your email.
- RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

Return Policy: Company will honor returns to its Returns Center for up to fifteen (15) days from the original shipment date during which time Merchant or Merchant's customer can return a gift for any reason. All returns must be sent to "Returns Center, 9084 Marshall Court, Westminster, CO 80031 at Merchant's or Merchant customer's expense. A return credit for product cost (less shipping) will be issued within fifteen (15) days of receipt in the Returns Center to the credit card or PayPal Account used for the original purchase. For Returns caused by delivery attempts to bad addresses, shipments refused by the recipient, or that are undeliverable for any reason other than errors attributed to Company, there will be a $20.00 minimum charge per order deducted from the refund credit to be issued to Merchant.Damaged Product Adjustment: In order to handle claims of damage to an ingredient, container or other component of a gift, Company has established a policy of issuing a rapid credit of up to 20% of the original product cost to Merchant. In order to receive this credit for a damaged product, Merchant must contact Company by email, fax or in writing within ten (10) days of the original shipment date of the order. Merchant may either request an immediate credit of 20% of the product cost or may request full reimbursement of the product cost by requesting that Company file a 'Damaged Goods Claim' with the shipping carrier. Company will only reimburse Merchant upon receiving funds from a successful claim against the carrier.Goodwill Adjustment: Company has a Returns Policy, Damaged Product Adjustment Policy and Courtesy Shipping Credit Policy, which govern adjustments for concerns about product quality or quality of service. Goodwill adjustments in the form of credit to a Merchant if a customer is dissatisfied with a product or service will only be handled under one of these three policies.

- SUBSTITUTIONS
- National Gift will use its best efforts to supply products as represented on the NationalGift.com website, however we may have to substitute ingredients, packing materials, containers, decorations or other items when necessary to fill an order for a product. National Gift will not be required to make an adjustment in price for Merchant or for Merchant's customer or to communicate substitutions. We will always attempt to use a higher value item or items when it is necessary to substitute. During the warmer and the summer months, chocolates items may be substituted with individually wrapped chocolates or hard candies to avoid damaged products due to warm temperature conditions.
- LARGE INVENTORY ORDERS
- Any shipment requested which contains more than 10 of the same product whether it is going to a single address or multiple addresses is considered a Bulk Order. It is our polite request to provide as much advance notice as possible for orders of 10 or more of the same product. This helps ensure that orders are delivered on time without being impacted by supplier shortages or manufacturing bottlenecks. National Gift has been successful with meeting the demands of supplying corporate and large volume orders with the cooperation of our customers with this advance notice request.
- PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND IMAGES
- National Gift provides product images and descriptions for customers who choose to use our dropshipping services. Product descriptions and images are made available in the dashboard of the National Gift Web site for registered and approved resellers of products. Use of images and descriptions may be used at your discretion, as long as the reseller account is in good standing and is not past due for any balances.
- TRACKING INFORMATION
- All UPS tracking information will be delivered at the end of each business day via email, provided a valid email address is provided for the orders placed. The tracking information will generally be sent from the UPS quantum view system. In some instances, order tracking information may be emailed from the National Gift staff.
