You are getting a fully functional web store stocked with NationalGift.com products as described above. We host your website but you are in full control of it. Easy to use website utilities allow you to manage all the products you sell. There is also a comprehensive help system which will guide you through the setup & use of your store. And you can always ask questions through our support dept.
What is going to be my cost for the merchandise?
Your cost for the merchandise is going to be the regular wholesale price that you see at NationalGift.com. Sample item x = $4.60, you resell for $9.20 = $4.60 profit
$5000.00/mo gross sales means $2500.00 PROFIT for you! If you are just starting out or if you already have a retail store, this is great opportunity to add an e-commerce store & additional income stream for your business without putting in an extra 60 hours a week.
I don't want to have a site off of myshopkart.net. Can I use my own domain name so that people can come to my store without seeing the myshopcart.net address?
Yes, you can use your own domain name. Just tell us what domain name you want after signing-up, we'll register it & point it at your MyShopKart store (35$ setup fee)... You own & control the domain we setup for you though. So even if you decide to use your domain for another site later, you can. If you want to use a domain name you already own, just login to your domain cpanel to point the domain at your website. If you setup the domain with us, we take care of that for you. To use your own domain, first setup your eStore then you can setup the domain from within your store control panel.
If I don't want to setup a domain now, can I still do that later?
Yes! You can add a domain at anytime - it's easy to integrate with an existing MyShopKart eStore. There is a link to setup a domain in every eStore control panel so it's a easy as clicking a button.
Can I create my own webpages using the MyShopkart store builder?
Absolutely! There is a built in what-you-see-is-what-you-get (wysiwyg) web page editor that allows you to create as many of your own pages as you require. The editor is a snap to use, like a word processor, and does not require that you have any html or programming knowledge.
Is my store loaded with any products to start?
Yes - your store comes loaded with the NationalGift.com products and is kept in sync with NationalGift.com so only in stock products are available.
Can I sell products not supplied by NationalGift.com?
Absolutely! You are in full control of your site. Although your shop is pre-loaded with NationalGift.com products, you can pick products from any supplier you choose. You can sell your own products as well and even delete the NationalGift.com products out of your shop with one button click if you so choose.
Who sets the prices I charge for the products I sell?
You determine your pricing. Your store comes preloaded with NationalGift.com products priced at their recommended price levels. You can also change the pricing on individual products or make bulk changes with a profit margin wizard which allows you to increase or lower the price of all products at the click of a button and even setup tiered profit margins based on cost price ranges.
What's the limit on the number of products I can sell from my cart?
None - you can sell as many products as you choose.
How do I edit my site & add pictures of the products I want to sell?
There is a simple user-friendly administration web page you use to manage your cart. Through your admin page, you can add/remove products, upload pictures that you get from suppliers, adjust pricing, and change all aspects of your site.
NationalGift.com products are already setup in your store so you don't need to add that information
Will you provide any support if I don't know how to manage my webstore?
Yes - we provide detailed help docs as well as a support ticket system in the store administration area - MyShopKart technical support staff is always checking the support ticket system for new support requests & eager to answer any questions you may have. But once you access the admin webpage, you'll likely see that it's a snap to manage the site without much help. That's part of why this cart is so great - it's a no brainer to use...You can also live chat with us so we can provide real-time help if needed.
What happens when I sell products from my webstore? How do I get paid & how does the product get delivered to my buyer?
Your store comes configured to automatically use paypal for payment processing (other payment processing options available). The shipping rates are also all setup to match your supplier's shipping rates.
When someone orders from your webstore, the order details are captured, their credit card is charged & the funds are deposited into your account. You are notified by email that you have an order pending. You simply login to your webstore, grab the order details & place your order at NationalGift.com. Your order will be dropshipped to your customer with all your contact information.
